1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mona ("the Service") at itsmemona.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mona is an AI-powered personal assistant and productivity platform that provides chat-based interactions, task organization, memory storage, and a suite of specialized tools. The Service includes:

• AI Assistant & Chat: Conversational AI with memory, proactive reminders, and cross-platform messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Google services).
• Communities: User-created groups with posts, events, and discussion boards.
• Ride Board: Community-based ride requests and driver matching, including driver identity and vehicle document verification.
• Media Studio: AI-assisted photo and video editing, marketing copy generation, content calendars, and influencer briefs.
• Professional Dashboards: Specialized assistants for legal, accounting, teaching, engineering, software development, BPO customer service, virtual assistance, and digital marketing.
• Calls & Notifications: Audio and video calling, push notifications, and PWA installation.
• Branded File Links: Short, shareable links to uploaded files.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the Service, including within Communities.
• Use AI-generated content to mislead, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Post prohibited, misleading, or spam content in Communities or ride boards.
• Provide false or stolen information during driver verification, including forged licenses or vehicle documents.
• Use the Media Studio to create non-consensual, defamatory, or rights-violating content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

5. AI-Generated Content

Mona generates responses using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them. AI-generated responses are provided as assistance only and do not constitute professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for providing and improving the Service. The Mona application, its design, logos, and underlying code remain our intellectual property.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Classroom), OneDrive, and Firebase. You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party services.

8a. Communities & User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post in Communities. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms. We are not liable for user-generated content but may act on reports from community moderators or automated scans.

8b. Ride Board & Driver Verification

Ride matching is a facilitation tool between community members. We are not a transportation provider and do not guarantee the safety, legality, or availability of any ride. Drivers must submit valid government-issued documents for verification. AI-assisted document review is advisory only; final approval rests with community administrators. You ride at your own risk.

8c. Media Studio & AI Generation

AI-generated media is provided for creative and marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source material you upload and for the lawful use of generated outputs. You must not use Media Studio to create content that infringes on others' rights or violates applicable law.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
